You may be considering applying for an individual that you know either personally, or through a work situation, who is struggling financially. We will review the application promptly and will hopefully be able to be of assistance. You may be applying on behalf of an organisation looking for funds for a community project. Please send us your application.

The first step:

Please ensure that your application meets with the criteria on the Grant Application Form.

Individuals must:

  • Live within the local community

  • Need a one off expenditure

  • Have tried and exhausted other appropriate mechanisms for obtaining funding

  • Have demonstrable hardship when compared against generally accepted minimum standards of living

Organisations must:

  • Have specific needs or objects which are in line with those of the Sunningdale Hope Trust

  • Be governed by a constitution and governing documents

The second step:

Print off the appropriate application form for either Individual Requests or Organisation Requests.

  • For individuals the application form should be completed by a sponsor, a friend, health professional or caring agency along with supporting evidence. Individuals cannot apply on their own behalf.

  • For an organisation requesting funds for a community project, the application form should be completed by a member of the organisation with supporting evidence.

Fill in as many details as possible and return the forms via email or post to West Cottage, Priory Road, Sunningdale, Berkshire, SL5 9RH.

The third step:

We will respond quickly to your request, indicating any additional information the trustees may require, before informing you if your application has been successful.

Details of all grant applications will remain confidential and compliant with GDPR regulations.
